Kudos to G for the decisive win and unifying the titles. However, he showed his age in this fight. He also showed that body work seems to now be a weakness, if someone is strong and aggressive enough to exploit it. Murata seemed to abandon the body work for some reason, possibly due to G's adjustment, but then Murata never re-adjusted to match. The stoppage looked weird from our eyes. Based on that, we'll have to see if Canelo decides to use that apparent weakness to finally wrap a bow on this trilogy - assuming he gets past Bivol.
